The only tiny critique I have for you is that in comparison to some of the other details, the people in the airship look a little artificial, or at least the guy in the crow's nest does.
But otherwise, pretty neat! The wavering effect on the houses is interesting because it leaves the viewer in the position of trying to figure out if the village is underwater or what.
