I am stuck.
This is Yanna, one of the characters for my Convoy series. Leave an "OGM FURRY!" comment at your own risk because I'm not exactly in the mood.
To the right of the current WIP model are the component symbols of Yanna. We're talking seventeen layers for just that much (and more if we're going to start messing about with the Eye symbols). The level of detail is currently too much for me to actually feasibly cope with motion tweening (that many layers per character will just blow me away), yet the characters are also too detailed to actually end up Frame by Framing. Add to that my own personal distaste for frame by frame (I hold no disolutions about how crap I am at drawing the same thing over and over and over again), and I've got a real problem on my hands.
Other than taking the same approach as Xombie (and keyframing every frame with symbols, effectively doing frame by frame with symbols), there's no way out from this other than to lower the detail. I don't especially look forward to doing the other seven directions she's going to have to look in (oh. and camera angles as well.)

Damn, good luck.
But think of how kick arse it will look animated.

Now, this might sound odd but... the boobs are on seperate layers? I can't think....of what to say after that.
Anywho, g'luck, I know it will look awesome.
