Meta Confused

Again, no clue as to what to name this.

It's my character Meta hanging around on a street pole...Crazy monkey and his antics.
I wanted to make a city background, but then I remembered "I can't draw cities to save my life on the computer let alone by hand".

I believe this was actually the first drawing I did of him, as I was going through different character possibilities and I drew this one fairly small in my sketchbook. I never thought of posting it because it was pretty heavily shaded and penciled, but I gave it a chance anyways.
