Stephen Foster as Seen by Terry Gilliam

I got the picture of the internet, belongs to the Smithsonian or something. I used some artistic presets, then used the curves to color it and then modified it so he was looking in different directions. My sister says it's really creepy. The only place the paintbrush tool was used was on his eyes. (I personally think Stephen Foster's creepy no matter how Terry Gilliam-esque he looks) Note that it is complete with 1960-70 EYE BURNING BRIGHT COLORS!!!!
