Venom Vs. Spiderman

Anyways here's a crumby sketch I did of Ultimate Venom and Spider-man in my sketchbook.
Venom's pose was from one of the comics in the Venom Saga of Ultimate Spiderman (Oddly the only saga I have of those comics). And the Spidey I just threw in.

I know some of the shading is awful, but the scanner likes to be as harsh as possible.
