I drew this while i was feeling down...This is my character...I'm still not sure if i'm going to add a BG...no she was not raped..
sorry a few colors came out different cuz of the scanner...don't know what else to say..if u want to know something else just ask

I seriously doubt anyone would think she was raped... I'm thinking more along these lines:
A) She's sleeping on an open grassy area
B) She collapsed

This looks more like it was done with paint than colored pencils. Very well done. Because of the way the hair is falling, it looks almost like her head would be just on the edge of something like a bed of a cliff. Don't know really until you possibly put a background with it though. Anyways, again, very awesomely done.
