I'm serious, theres a severe lack of cecil fanart and it's kinda sad! He's my second favorite ff hero (behind Cloud of course)! Tired of hearing about locke, squall, zidane, and heaven forBID Tidus, I wanna see some CECIL!
So I drew some >_> Yeah. Of course.. ff4 was my first ff so the bias just might be there.. but come on, he's so cool and not an angst muffin OR whiny! so yeah!
And if anyone says anything about the outfits not being accurate, I shall wop you upside the HEAD!

I hardly see any FF4 fanart... so I kudos to you for drawing Cecil! Sad to say, I've never finished FF4, but I hope to one of these days. 
My favorite FF game would have to be FF6 though... although I choose Shadow and Setzer over Locke any day.
