TT: First Date

This is Beast Boy and Raven from the Teen Titans on their First Date.

I chose their first date to be in a Chinese Restaurant. Why? Well, for one, you can be sure that the Restaurant will have something that Beast Boy (tofu) and Raven (tea) can eat. Also, I think that food can bring people closer together. I mean, I mostly talk with my friends while we're having snacks rather than if we were doing something else.

In the drawing, Beast Boy is struggling to eat his Mapo Tofu (sp?) while using chopsticks. And as you can see, he's isn't successful and ends up with his face covered with splotches of Mapo Tofu sauce. Raven manages to stifle her laughter but can't help but smirk at Beast Boy's attempt to eat.

Anyways, I'm kinda happy about how this drawing turned out. Even though I'm aware that there are lots of mistakes in my drawing, I still like this. No shading here but I'm happy about the color of the drawing.
