This is Arthur Borgman. I think he's from the Zoids Battle Story? A friend of mine was telling me about him and showed me some Japanese art. He piloted a Blade Liger and sacrificed himself for some heroic deed that I can't recall. I felt bad for the poor guy, so I doodled him in MSPaint. Not exactly the best tribute to him, but AWW, HELOOKSSOSAD! *HUGS him*
