a wise, gentle creature that can live nearly 1000 years, it is said to walk so softly that it's hooves don't make a sound, and they don't bend the blades fo grass underneat it.
it is so gentle he never eats anything that is alive, he feeds on dead grass or fruits that have fallen from the tree.
one of the four sacred beast, together with the tortoise, the phoenix and the dragon.

Grandfather Kilin, I like to call Kilins that way becouse they are wise, patient, gentle and I'm sure they have much to teach mankind.
