Into Oblivion

Through the rain, over mountains, and down the longest roads travels a creature of myth and legend. A being who has traveled the earth from it's beginnings, a consciousness that has traveled beyond reason and seeks nothing more than to rest. Is there solace in endless time, is there serenity within a world you cannot escape? Is there peace for a lonely creature unable to rise and fall with the tide, or live and die? Without hope, he walks, without companionship he runs, every step taking him to another world of emotion and experience, every stride nearer to his destination, every leap closer to the oblivion he wishes so dearly to find...

Alright, I tried to give this one a bit of a background... ><;; it came out a bit cheesy, so ohh well, but this is my character Lorado. Funny story, I used to etch him into desks in high school, lol... Got in so much trouble, but what can I say, I was bored =D hope you like him, and thanks for looking
