Gawd. I think over a year when I inked it.
Apparently I wanted to do a picture of Rouge in her Sonic Heroes outfit. I actually like her first outfit better. x_x And it's so much easier to draw. There's -alot- of mistakes. X_x;; And I think I got her outfit all wrong.. I know her boots are off as well.
Although, I like the shading alot.
I hatehatehate the background. ~_~ *pulls hair out* Please full view because it's so dark.
