Was it all a dream?

I was at a carnival
Riding on a Ferris wheel
Cotton candy in my hand
A person right next to me.

I looked to see a familiar person
Someone I knew from school I think?
They gave me a smile full of braces
Their blue eyes gleaming through their glasses.

I smiled back in confusion
Finally a blush appeared on my face
%u201CWhat is he doing here?! In MY dream?!%u201D
My mind yelled as I gasped.

He took my hand into theirs, making me blush more
And then they walked me off the Ferris wheel
Over to a bench
Were they gestured me to sit down

I cautiously sat down
Their eyes attached to me
I looked away from their stare
A permanent blush on my face

They took a box out of their pocket
To reveal a golden locket
I smiled at them
And they put it on around my neck

%u201CI have been waiting ages to tell you this%u201D he said, holding his hands in mine%u201D

I refused to look at them.
I then felt a hand turn my face to face theirs.

%u201CDid you hear what I said%u201D They asked with their heart throbbing stare

I shook my head, my voice gone

%u201CI said I love you%u201D he said moving closer to me

I softly sighed as I felt their warm breath on my face, then I felt his nose touch mine%u2026%u2026%u2026

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

My alarm clock rang through out my room
As I opened my eyes in agony
I turned it off
And thought about the dream

Was it real? I whispered
Of course not! I thought smirking
I scratched my neck, and to my surprise
There was a gold locket around it.
