When my heart shines the light



Chapter 5: The Flight of the Phoenix



Back and forth his blows were exchanged with mine, charging at each other.

"Its seems you your no match for me missy," said akwind.

"You haven't had anything," I said, "just you wait."



As the battled raged on, my fury began releasing sparks of my hidden power, small auroras of orange began circling me.

"Now, I'll finish this," I said.

I began dashing and clashing with him at double agility, combining fire with my sword.

"What is it this, ah...," cried Akwind.

I had crushed through his armor from the sides to shatter it completing.

As Akwind's armor hit the floor,the dark spirit he was flew out and into the night.

"It's over for that one," I said.

"A celebration i say, in honor of the death of the shadow sword master," said the general.



As the night got calm and dreary, I began looking out to the stars out to the stars.

"Its a nice night isn't it dear?" my mother asked.

"Yes, marvelously brightening," I responded.

"Hmm, its so of seems as that you've really grown to wield your blade quite nicely, but that battle came close you know," my mother said.

"Yeah, its seems were going to be up against a lot if this is just the beginning," I said.

"Just be careful, I don't want to lose you out in the battle field," my mother said.

"I will mother, you have my word," I said.



Early morning



"Wake up Lily, you've got to get ready, don't forgot to change into your field armor, wear off to the Narkin Mts.," said my father, " time to change genders again."

"Humor, I'll be up as soon as possible," I responded.



As I climbed out of bed I quickly changed genders.

"Lily!" try getting the right clothes on first," said my mother.

And up with the armor i fixed for fit to my body, but only with different style of the leather so it would be in the way less.

"Funny, just what I need in the morning," I said.

We all began to break out in tears.



At the base of the mountain range the general began his speech.

"I and my fellow officials have meat up last night to decide what the game movement for today would be," said the general, "so we've concluded to travel through the mountains to the fort village of Hiradurk.



As all the recruits were ready and the wagons set, we were off.

"But isn't the area rumored to have sand traps?" asked Cream, she had been up to date with the geography in the areas of mobius.

"Yes, but not to worry Cream, like a phoenix I'll fly through the air to keep track on them, as long as you don't tell how your getting the information, best not to let all of them know about me," I said to Cream.

"Ill be sure to do that Lily," said Cream, now with a smile on her face.



I crept back into the shadows of my family's wagon to shape shift in the a phoenix, red-orange with golden tail feathers.

"Ill be letting you know Cream," I said.

And I was off into the sky, not flying to far from the recruits.
