Personaitly: Bouncy, fun loving and free Pips is one of a kind sugar additc of a woman, she usually acts like a teenager harrasing her twin sister and drivng badly, she is happy and fun, making all kinds of mischeif, pips hides her troubles behind her permantly happy mask and usually pushes her troubles away in order to help others around her. Pips isn't really sad most of the time, she is happy even behind her happy mask so feel no pity for her, pips will do whats right and has morals under all of her bad placed jokes.
Talents/Skills: cheering others up, making jokes, flying by expanding her wings but onoy for a short time, prefers gliding. can use her claws in self defense and can pull them in and out.

Backround: Raised in a stable family in a small town, pips at a young age loved to entertain others becoming the class clown, Pips ignored her own problems solving everyone else's, somehow she's been able to keep this up for 23 years even though her mother predicted her break down years ago.
Pips grew up in her small town, graduating high school and going out of state to attend collage, coming back a more mature woman with more jokes and skills.
