This is Ryo Sanada from Ronin Warriors/Yoroiden Samurai Troopers.

I made part of it in macromedia flash and then I made the backgorund in photoshop. His yoroi is fire, but I thought that would look weird, like he's in Hell, so I made it look like a sunset with petals everywhere because I wanted it messy.
