This is Shu Rei Fuan (Kento... Rei Faun) from Ronin Warriors/ Yoroiden Samurai Troopers.
I made part of it in macromedia flash and the background in photoshop. Because Shu represented rock/earth with his yoroi, I tried to make it look like a mountain behind him. x.x
