This is of Shin Mouri (Cye Mouri) from Ronin Warriors/Yoroiden Samurai Troopers.

I made part of it in macromedia flash, and then I made the background in photoshop using brushes I created. Because Shin's Yoroi was Water, I tried to make his background look flow-ly like water. Be like Water, yo.
