This. Was.
A pain in the ass.
With a capital "Q!"
The thing is, it firstly wouldn't let me save, most likely because of the prints I kept importing. So I retouched it about 3 times, and (thank god I saved the lineart so I could.) then it would only export half of it, and I freaked out, and then I realized my memory chip had no more space, and I had been trying to save it on it, so that was my fault. n_x; ::dumb.::

That's totally awesome, thoes textures just rock.
though the rest of the body looks really plain in comparison, maybe that was intentional though : d

Awesome work. Very reminiscent of Memoirs of a Geisha. Really loving all the effects you used in the picture, especially on that starlit and dazzling hair of hers. Even more so I like the design of the kimono-like dress she's wearing. Your character Tsuta has a very interesting and unique design, I'm especially drawn to her green and blue eyes, adding this mysterious look even more so enhanced by that rather deep-thought expression of hers. Very nice pic once again
