The ears aren't very good, but I'm accustomed with Gaia, so I know that isn't your fault. (So many Gaia avatars, so little time.) However, I think the hair is great. Very good coloring. The effects on her cheeks are a little odd, though.
I like the eyes a lot, although I'm not sure how I feel about the purple tint to her skin beneath the eyes. It almost looks as if she's bruised to me. It's still nice, though.
