A bit of advice from a former spriter. Those sprites of Sonic are incredibly blurry, which leads me to believe you used trace bitmap on a spritesheet, I'd say either use AS to automatically set the movie to low quality, or do it the hard way and make every single sprite a seperate transparent gif in something like Photoshop. Another thing, jpgs are ugly, it'd be better to save it as a gif or a bitmap file instead. Why am I typing so much over something so small, not to mention giving advice on something I don't even do anymore? I have no idea :)
