Any who, is the book The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman? I haven't read it in a LONG time so I might be completely wrong.

It was either that or one of the other two. The Subtle Knife or The Amber Spyglass. Its making me think of a scene in one of the books where I think she saved a buncha kids. God, I cant even remember, haha.

This looks awesome! ...Northern Lights was really ace! They're auditioning for the part of Lyra near where I live (Oxford), which is pretty cool. Can't wait til the film comes out!
