I ACTUALLY practiced something OTHER then just anime. WOW. HOSNAP. WTF.
Anyway. Yeah, really, they are anime hands, but they're sort of...um. Okay, maybe alittle. >>;
I like them. I used to suck at hands. And now I suck at feet moreso. At least I'm moving up in life, slowly. ><
And, yeah. The pencil one? That's how I hold my pencil. Shhhh.

Hands are something i have a bit of problem too. Getting there though slowly. As for feet, its why my characters arent barefooted yet, lol.

Very nice work on these sketches, this is certainly a very helpful guide on how to draw hands in different poses. I like the different poses you tried here, you've done a very nice job of detailing as far as the correct proportioning goes. A few of these poses are a little more complicated and look very difficult to draw correctly, but you managed to do a very nice job. These are some very sexy looking hands here!

I usually try the shovel routine to drawing hands. Haven't really gone into detail on how to draw them myself unfortunately. Nice job in any case, they look very good.
