Neo and Baldur at the beach

Finally. FINALLY! It is DONE! This picture is done after, after, after so many HOURS and DAYS and...! Oh well, I should be proud of it. Collage is starting and this should be the last intensive picture before that, unless I got a spur of inspiration.

These two are my characters, Baldur and Neo. I am not going to go into detail though.

Any sailor will tell you barnacles are a pain, which is truly is in this picture. Shading is not intensive on them, but the painting of the flats are, like most other things on this picture. I used both the combination of OC and Photoshop for this, with OC the main shading and then smoothen out. Background is mainly Photoshop, nearly 100%. But foreground is the reverse, mainly Oc and then photoshop touchups.

The seaweed are also a pain, and that crab loosely resembles a blue flower crab. Flower crabs are yummy.

And yeah, round limpets. I have never seen a limpet before so don't hit me ;;

That's a lighthouse. Complete or not, you decide on that

I do not know what is in the box either. But in this picture, they were still in school so...well. You take a guess.

Yes, Neo is quite big. My only qualm is that the head sizes are different. I couldn't turn back so, oh well.

And the hands, Hands are a pain. Bal is playing some strings.
