its Ed!!!1 just a random scribble that i liked so i coloured and now i love it, and my eyes hurt from staring at the screen to much it hurts! i dont know about the title, just looked like he is having a picture taken off him.
tried to do it in a more anime-ish style, quite proud of it though i still cant do Anime hair right o_O yeh been obsessed with fullmetal alchemist lately sooo, i think it deseeved some fanart!
