Eh, I've played 46 hours as Sora in the first game, and now I really hate him. I just want friggin Kairi and Riku back. (I haven't beat it yet, but gimme about a day and I will. I've put in 25 hours into it in 4 days. Got it for Easter.)
Ugh, I like Roxas. lol, He was fun and different and a new story line came up with him---now as Sora ain't shit happening for beans besides "OMG LOL YOU'VE BEEN KILLING HEARTLESS TO MAKE KINGDOM HEARTS, YOU MUNCHKINS, HAHAHAHA YOU SUCK." er, so, like, that sucks. I dunno, I just find the game kinda boring as Sora. It's like repeating itself in the first one---and I put in fuckin' 46 hours into that, like I want to play the same game over, kinda.
Though it's opinion, and I understand where yer coming from. I'd give Kingdom Hearts II a 7 maybe, because well, I love it, I love the ideas, but I hate introducing me to a new character and not letting me play him the main-time of the game, and chucking half the first game's purpose out the door.
Oh well. I think it's an over-all great game.
I love Sephiroth btw. I was lvl 73 when I beat the first game and I still couldn't beat him. Although Lance Bass voiced him in the first one, so maybe it'd be better so I didn't have to hear a queer-mo complain afterwards. lol.
I played Standard Mode and couldn't beat Sephiroth until I was about at... level 72. I beat him in the first game as well at level 80. I'm getting ready to re-play the game in Proud Mode. And I thought Roxas was kinda fun to play. Well.. um... yeah
I stay away from Sephiroth in KH2 if I want to keep my HP. At least until I'm like, lv 99 and I
feel daring and wanna kick his ass in Final Form. And man, Final Form is AWESOME!!! I also liked
the feeling and direction of the storyline. Sure, it is a bit like playing the same game over, and
I do wish I got to play as Roxas in the final fight, but at least Riku's in there. I give it a
9/10 because I really like this game and all the cool moves that you can do. But as cool as it is,
I think it kinda leaves you wanting more, doesn't it? Like, a lil more playability in the
characters aspect of it. Anyhow, I hope the Final Mix version will give us even more options. I recently got word that the Final Mix version won't be in the director's home country.
if I was stupid, I just tried....yeah, I'm not doin it. Not even when I play the first one. Forget i- well, my friend beat him in KH1, but that's about it.
