The character that I'm currently using in Oblivion, an Orc.
And the main reason he armorless around the chest area, is because the pictular armor I was looking for, the mythril armor was scattered around the different cities, and I could only find the greives, boots, and helmet when I took this picture, oi.

Orcs are ok. But I prefer Argonains myself out of two reasons :
1. they look evil if you color them good ^^
2. there racial abilities are powerfull
Also you can allways use "COC Testhall" to enter a room with ALL armor and weapons from the game including the Deadric armor and Emperors armor and the sword Umbra
