Life Callings: Strip 25 - A play on words

Before you say;

"OMFGBBQ!!! WHERE IS PART 3 OF THE RESI STORY?"

Well it's done but I thought it would be nice for readers to have a break from the resident evil story and remind people that it is still a comic strip about random happenings of life.

What I was trying out on this spercific comic strip was blood effects and motion blur. I must say, they have turned out better than I thought. However I still think there is room for improvement in that area.

What I pratically did with Mary's character was draw up new arms and paste them with the main body but what was the problem was the interaction and the new movement of Jamie's body on the final panel. I basically had to make sure that the arm and the body both pasted correctly together to make it look like a collision is occuring.

*This comic is a reference to a previous "Mary being mean to Jamie" comic with the occasional *corney* joke.

*Mary herself helped me out with the sound effect in the end.

*A background just made for this strip, hopefully be used for later strips.

*The blood spewing out looks just like the blood effects from the anime movie "The End of Evangelion"

This so far has to be my favorite comic strip.
