I'm...not sure, myself. lol, if you've ever played Chrono Trigger I think it is, the main character reminds me of her, but he's a guy. I dunno. The face is more manly then the hair, lol. It's a shim.
That turned out pretty good... I'd love to see what the source was. :) Yeah, it's not you, anime characters have that uncanny ability to look really gender neutral sometimes... Because in most styles people look so girly.
