This was my first complex Flash cartoon, and the first to feature real frame-by-frame. It's Millie from David Simpson's "Ozy and Millie" (http://www.ozyandmillie.org). The voice is by Sarah Vowell (aka Violet from "The Incredibles"!), digitally altered by Simpson. Everything else by me.
