Issa the panda and Kenta the bear from Animal Yokocho (AniYoko). I love AniYoko, it's such a cute anime, I saw one episode of it and immediately was attached. Issa's my favorite because I can totally relate to him. =)
If you haven't seen this anime, I recommend watching it.
