ok, a had another new fan of my arts and he was like "OMG you're Great!" with me...soooo i felt kinda like showing him my art and made him request anything, he requested any furre getting inflated with water so i had this idea in the begining hehehe xD
Dragonite will face TONS of fire pokemon next so he's being quite prepared for it, thanks to Tombfyre and his Fyreworks.Inc Productions hahaha xD
