I really like the color on the hair and the shorts best on this one. On the hair, there's a lot of shading down, it must be mid-day. :) I like the subtle creases in the shorts.
I have always found purple haired women to be mysterious, intriguing, and even sexy. This recent submission of yours is no exception. I love the way you handled the colors here, very nicely balanced and breathtaking to look at, yet the constant blue and purple tone makes it very easy on the eyes. That's also one of the more unique hairdos I've seen on an original character, the dual pigtails look adorable and the butterfly-like hairpins holding them on her head look rather fantasmal, almost like fairy wings. The thing about this that stood out the most though is the expression, it's like one of those Mona Lisa gazes that follows you everywhere no matter what angle you look at it. Awesome work, please do more :3
