A quick concept doodle for a colored little drawing I'm planning to do when I decide to dedicate more than 5 minutes to the idea.
Anthropomorfic fishes. Yesterday I suddenly realized that, despite having thought of various and unusual kinds of anthropomorfic beings, I never thought of how an anthro-fish would look like.
So here's my very personal theory on the subject. I noticed that most authors portray anthro-fishes as some sort of merfolks. That's because the human brain tends to give a very human shape to just everything. But my theory is that anthro-fishes should NOT have those exclusively human/mammal things such as arms, fingers, or a torso. So here's how an anthro-fish looks like to me.
Why goldfishes anyway? Well, I realized that I draw the "furry" version only of creatures that I've seen with my own eyes.
