This is my OC that you've been wanting. Fresh from my folder to yours. There has been like 50 other "spins" before the final Spin came about. This is the final concept. Presenting Spin-chan!
Name: Spin
Age: 19
Height: about 5'5"-5'6"
Personality/description: Spin is witty, funny, and just a joy to laugh at. She is good at playing various instruments. She practices various martial arts and magic but fails miserably. If she were to fight someone. She uses a type of fighting called Spin Tactics where she uses her mind to find various ways to weaken and conquer her opponent. This power comes from life breaking moments. Spin is basically there to make others smile.
The origin of the name: Spin because it's a name I've always wanted to use. It soundy so wiggly!!! ~
Possible changes: The glasses and clip are subject to change.
The reason for the short hair: My friend challenged me by saying I'm more into long hair.

i'd make the clip more simple, just two lines. especially if you're ever going to animate her. you don't want to have detail on the clip. anyway, it's a cool character, but if this is a concept you're going to need to know what her full body is going to look like, unless this is just a portrait thing.
