Spyro is supposed to be swimming underwater. But it doesn't look like it because the blue faded out really bad when I scanned it. Oh well. Its still pretty cute though. They were supposed to be in the level: Bamboo Terrace.

Spyro is under that bridge where the panda bears are all on top of one another to hit that switch.
