"Is it such a bad life?
Farasha is fed the finest dainties, sugared plums, sweet dates, candied oranges and exotic chocolates. She gets to wear only the finest in silks and only the softest of cushions line her cage. She is further plied with glittery gold and sparkling gems as tokens of her masters favor.
In return all she has to do is allow her beauty to be admired and displayed, as the proud vain fairy is inclinded to do in any event.
She would seen to lack only on one element, her freedom.
Yet even that observation may be an illusion, as you suddenly realize that the lock on the door is on the inside of the cage. Farasha's got a good racket going and she's well aware of it.
