Another genetically enhanced soldier, Kagura is one of the "Twin Demons" in the Alpha project. Sakaki being the other one, (Ill post her pic when I get my art mood back) Kagura is the hot head of the two and like Sakaki has a special transformation called their Chaos Drive form. Kagura has Tempest Control which is a special techinique that alows her to either "teleport" or go faster than beyond belief when pushed to an emotional or physical limit.
