The second of the Twin Dragons. Kagura is "Canned Heat" as Sakaki is codenamed as "Hot Ice". Sakaki has the strength between the two. Her Chaos form gives her a great boost in strength and endurance. Although her speed wont go up as much as Kagura's , her strength goes so much further. Her focus not always there, Sakaki is sort of a calm disconnected girl. Usually trying to find a peaceful method, when enraged her strength gets boosted due to adrenaline. Her Tempest technique is Tempest Blast which as far as records have it, she can create an energy field blast that decimates anything in a as measure 5 mile radius. Its unknown if it can go further.
I didnt take this drawing too seriously, since this was the first I did to shake out the cobwebs...but whatever.
