I'm really amazed you did this all in two hours, that's a ton of content. Reminds me a lot of the kind of stuff that used to make it on liquid television/cartoon sushi, MTV's temporary home for recloose cartoons.
A lot of the morphs are really cool, not just in execution but also in content. And personally I like how even though you were cut to 2 hours, you didn't resort too much to cheesy flash tricks like making objects very big and very small again, making two of something, or heck even reusing a character more than once. Mui impresso.
