It's turning out good, but it's to bright in some places and the background is to plain. Also, the scan needs a little cleaning some of the edges are jagged.
I think if that pretty girl is a war angel (she is good or evil?), the background should be much darker with fire <-- just my oppinion

Pretty but I see a few empty spaces, very pretty image, I have to agree with red angel a little bright maybe you could fix that with brightness and contrast. ^-^ I hope this helps any.

have any points on how to fix these bright spots and jagged areas? yea ill try to fix the background, just cant think of anything in the night lol

Hmm what she said, shes the expert, i think its great but if shes a war angel, i think you should try changing her wings to be black.

hey thats awesome so far!! maybe you might consider blurring the image some.... o and maybe feather the edges. But hey it looks awesome still
