I'm so proud of this one! This is the first picure I've ever drawn with all of the Paprini's (My favorite family characters) together! They're a dysfunctional, TV loving, middle-class Italian-American family. They're so dumb (at times) dysfunctional and goofy, that I can't help buy love each and every minute of them!!! They live in what appears to be a "perfect" neighborhood, but they're anything but, the same goes for their neighbors and friends.

This picture is of the Paparini's all standing to get their family picture taken (They get one every nine years... Starting now). Their names go as followes; The dad (Big guy in green) is Tony... He's a big, fat, tacky as hell type guy, who was inspired by Bob Piciotti from That '70s Show. The mom (Woman with giant hair) is their mom, Dharma. She's a lazy, smoking and usually high-strung type lady, with a part-time job at the DMV. Her favorite hobby includes watching Maury, Oprah, Montel and any other day-time talk show. The boy she's latched onto is Billy, their younest son. He's totally hyper, and totally based after my own real-life brother. The girl in front is Maia. She's usually angry (Because of the fact that everyone around her is dumb as hell). She's based after my own real-life sister. And the blue-haired guy on top is Joey. He's the dumbest, goofiest of the groop. He always comes up with dumb ideas for the fun of it. He's based after me (Except the blue hair.... Not sure how that came about). Here he is shown asking his dad to hold him on his shoulders, like when he was younger. He conicidentally got taller, and is about to have his clock cleaned by the fan)

To show how dumb and dysfunctional they are, I made them all doing something that best represents them--- Dharma is doing her best to make sure that this "happy day" goes according to plan, by holding Billy so he dosen't run off, and trying to make Maia look happy for this day (Which she's apparantly not). And she does all that without even putting down her ciggarette. Maia, of cource, is looking like she dosen't want to be there. Billy's hyper, and trying to dart around. Joey wants to sit on Tony's shoulders. And Tony is wearing one of his favorite leisure suits.

Now THIS is what I call functional fun for people to read. Don't you have anymore people commenting about on your artwork? Seems like I'm the only one these days. <.< >.> Creeeeeepy? Am I the only one that finds your cartoons so awesome? Jeez. I need to fav them more often. xD Loving the family life description and idea, hun. Definitely continue drawing them in the future. They're hilarious!
