Dolphy's control over her medium is exceptional. Being a devotee of the sacred art of watercolor myself, it's difficult not to get jealous! The use of the extreme foreground elements of the leaves and the light background to push the character forward make this a very solid composition, and it doesn't hurt that the character portrayed is danged adorable, either.

Aww... that's just so cute! Usually I ignore the lionking sort of style (Not that you're copying it...) because I've seen alot of it. But you put alot of work into this. The backround gives a good feeling to the pic. A very smooth... Misty kinda feeling. Yanno.
