Mainly because my mom thinks I'm not girly enough....

My mother is exactly the same... and I cut my hair because of the same reason (originally), but now I really do like having short hair.... Short hair can be beautiful and feminine too, no matter what they say!
I'm sure you look as lovely as ever, even without your hair "fixed". Please don't ever think of your face as "horrid"... you're such a gorgeous person, inside and out- and I love you for it! Be strong for me, girl!!
