Drak's gallery has always piqued my interest--mainly because I have a soft spot for dragonic creatures and also because her work is always so wonderfully detailed. Tear You__D_wn was one the pieces that caught my eye in particular when she first submitted it because of the movement one can feel when viewing it--almost as if you're there in the picture watching the beasts fight. It's at an up close and personal angle, not from a far off and neutral position, and the motion blurs on the feathers and limbs give the painting an almost three-dimensional feel. Then again, maybe I should just quit rambling and let you guys see for yourself--the full view is definitely worth it!

Whoa. Just whoa. But I think that blurring of the green wing was too much. Looks a little unnatural. Not that I could do better at all
Definately loving the claw marks.
