Emma

The bio that I made ended up being a lot longer than I thought it would be, so if you don't read it all and just skim I will totally understand haha Colouring it took a HELL of a lot longer than I thought it would too. I re-did the line art in Flash, and I knew that would take a while, but even coluring it took a hell of a long time. I was working on the picture ALL day yesterday. From 10:00am until 6:30pm..isn't that disgusting? 8 and a half hours! Oi!
Anyway, this is Emma and I hope you all like her!

Emma was born in Ontario, Canada and moved to Sydney, Australia at the age of 13 when her father, a lawyer, was offered a better job at a top Australian law firm. Leaving for Australia was tough on Emma, Ethan and Mike because they all had to start new schools and make new friends. Mark and Conrad didn't come with the family because they had already decided to stay and go to university in Canada. The separation from Emma and her two oldest brothers was really hard because all of the siblings are really close. Mark and Conrad come and visit every summer so that they can see the family. They have both now graduated and hold jobs in Canada. Mark is a graphic designer and is currently engaged and Conrad is mechanic and is planning to propose to his girlfriend in the near future.

Emma has loved to draw since she was a little girl and has been dreaming to be an illustrator for as long as she can remember. She always loved the drawings that her brother Mark did and wanted to be just as good at it as he was. She enjoys designing unique characters and hopes to be able to do that one day for money as well as pleasure. She and her twin brother, Ethan, are together most of the time and enjoy each other's company. They live together in an apartment because they both attend the University of Sydney in Sydney, Australia. Emma studies Digital Arts, planning to be an illustrator, and Ethan studies Ancient History planning to be a history professor.


Emma is also a very active girl. She is quite a tom boy due to growing up in a house full of brothers. She loves to play sports with them, including hockey, baseball, basketball, football, rugby, snowboarding, skateboarding, and her new found love for surfing. She is on the university's rugby team. And she is always up for packing all of her friends into a car and going to the beach for some volleyball.

Emma's closest friends are Ethan, Katie, Andrew, Avery, Alex, and Matty.
Ethan- Ethan is Emma's twin brother and best friend. They do everything together and are the support for one another when life starts to get hard.
Katie- Katie is Emma's other best friend who spends a lot of time with her and Ethan. Katie is in the same program as Emma at the University of Sydney. She is an only child who lives at home with her mom and dad, but when she isn't at home she is at Emma's house.
Andrew- Andrew is one of Emma's friends from back in Canada that she keeps in close contact with. They have known each other since they were really young children. He comes to visit her every two years during summer break.
Avery- Avery is Emma's boyfriend. They two have been dating for a year now and are very happy. They met in the bookstore at the university when she turned around, bumped into him, and dropped her pile of textbooks onto his foot.
Alex- Alex is Ethan's girlfriend and good friends with Emma. She only wants the best for her brother and has decided that Alex is perfect for him. Alex and Ethan are in the same program and sat beside each other in one of their classes. They have now been dating for a year and a half.
Matty- Matty is Emma's close buddy on her rugby team. They are an unstoppable duo, and are often called the brick wall. She is also her number one beach buddy.

Emma comes off as a quiet, shy girl, but when she gets excited she is very bouncy and outgoing. She is active and fit and enjoys being that way. She is kind and well mannered and loves spending time with her family. Animals have been a love to Emma from a very early age and are also a part of her family. At home she has two dogs, Jack and Bruce, 2 cats, Gretzky and Nermal, and at the apartment she has a tank full of fish and a hamster, Hammy.

Her favourite memory as a child was going to the cottage. She would hang around her brothers all day swimming, building sand castles and catching frogs. There was a jungle gym area down the road where they would go and play with the other kids. And every few days she would take a walk with her mom down to the store to get an ice cream cone. She would also go tubing with her brothers and her dad. War was always their favourite game. Two tubes would be tied to the back of the boat and they would try and knock the other person off. Tubing is one memory from her past that she still does in her life today.

Emma is also a videogame fanatic. She gets her hands on a game system as much as possible and usually kicks Ethan's butt.
