This freature is right around the bridge in Erie that I took a picture of (By the way, the bridges name is "Gudgeonville Bridge" if you want to go see it and I recomment it). It's called the Devil's Backbone because the rocky hills look like a backbone, (they look more like on in my "Erie-Devil's Backbone2" picture if you look closely behind all the green) and I think my grandpa told me people died here to so that's all the more reason for it to be the Devil's Backbone.
