Pepper's Mom and Dad have had a very friendly and cooperative relationship. Pepper's Dad is definitely the one in charge, and Pepper's Mom fully supports him. But Pepper's Dad respects his wife and doesn't treat her as inferior in any way. Outside of one or two small debates, they don't usually fight. Pepper's Mom is very protective of her husband and usually fends off anyone she suspects might take him away from her...to certain odd extremes. X3
