So....In class today I added a gray wash to "Utopia". It looks much nicer now. Which is okay, because I kinda
had to do it for the assignment.
I'm sad, though. It didn't scan well. The piece is 12x9", and my scanner will only take an 11x8.5" size, so I have to scan in parts and reassemble. It didn't take to this well. Not like the
unwashed version that you've already seen. So....Lah-tee-dah. If you're unfamiliar with what'n the hell this is a picture of, go look at the earlier version for a full explanation.

great value improvement entirely, now everything really stands out, and the scanner lines really don't hurt it that much, lookin good!

The wash definately brings the picture more to life, makes details that were harder to see in the uncolored version stand out much more :] Awesome work!
And scanning stuff that is too big for the scanner is always a pain :C I've found that unless it's plain linework it rarely ever can be put back together without the divisions being noticeable.
