I like jazz. I also like songs which are very long and easy to put on as background noise while doing other tasks which take considerable brain power.
This was the very first song I ever did in Reason. I mixed it down using Audition and added the acoustic instruments then. It has no strong melody because songs that I found easy to listen to didn't really have melody, they had mood.
I also learned that no matter how good it sounded on my crappy speakers, it will sound crappy everywhere else. Hindsight ftw >_<
